As a travel organization that has been connecting people with the beautiful north of Morocco for years, we at ML Tours feel a strong bond with the region. The nature, the people and the landscape are inextricably linked to our destinations.

 

That is why we have entered into a partnership with Riforest, a foundation that is committed to a greener and more liveable future in the Rif Mountains.

 

The Rif Mountains are one of the special areas of Morocco. Yet the area is struggling with deforestation, impoverishment of agricultural land and a decrease in biodiversity. Riforest is working on a solution: together with local farmers, they are creating food forests. These are pieces of land full of edible plants, shrubs and trees that ensure the restoration of nature and a better income for families.

 

As an organization that brings people into contact with this area, we would like to give something back to this region. And that is what we are doing now, together with Riforest.
