With this cancellation cover, you will get the option that you will get a compensation (for the greater part) of your transport costs, when an unexpected event happened, whereby your booking needs to be cancelled and/or you want to have the option to change the names in your booking.

What should you do ?
If you make a booking with ML Tours, you book the cancellation coverage at the same time with us. The costs for this cancellation cover are € 10,- administration costs and 7% of your total booking amount.
For example: the amount of your booking will be € 500,-, then the costs for the cancellation cover are:
  • €10,- administration costs
  • €35,- transport costs (7% of €500,-)      +
    €45,- in total for the cancellation cover
 
Which coverage do you receive from us if you have to cancel your booking unexpected or you want to change a name?
  1. You want to cancel your booking.
  • Up to 40 days before departure, you will receive a refund of 100% of the transport costs.
  • Up to 14 days before departure, you will receive a refund of 70% of the transport costs.
  • Up to 7 days before departure, you will receive a refund of 50% of the transport costs.
  • *Attention!! There will be no refund of the transport costs within 7 days before departure.
  1. You want to change a name/names in your booking or would like to hand down your ticket to someone else (this is only allowed once per name).
  • Up to 40 days before departure, you can change a name/names in the booking for free.
  • Up to 7 days before departure, you can change a name/names for €50,- per name.
  • *Attention!! Within 7 days before departure, there is no possibility to change a name/names.
 
What are the rules if you book a cancellation cover?
  • If you make a booking with ML Tours, you book and pay the cancellation coverage at the same time with us.
  • Transport costs means the ticket costs and not the costs that you have paid for the extra services, like; hold luggage or the extra payment costs.
  • Only applicable for the entire booking and not only the outbound or inbound flight.
  • If you change your tickets and they are more expensive, you must pay this price difference * 7% in order to have cancellation cover again.

  • A cancellation outside these days and hours will only be processed on the next working day.
